What constitutes a novice?
Power tends to isolate those who hold too much of it. Eventually, they lose touch with reality... and fall.

A novice is someone who has not competed in a face to face diplomacy tournament before OR someone has competed but been eliminated quickly and has gained few DAANZ masterpoints. We do reserve the right to class overseas Diplomacy players who have won tournaments before as non-novices.

Does that answer your question?
