There could be lots of new people there on Thursday, though it doesn't look like it at the moment with only 2 people saying they're coming (including me).

You might want to get Chris to set it a recurring weekly before Thursday and in that way you (he) wont need to do it again from scratch each week.

If you are going to edit, think about "dot" point approach, less is more.
