My copy has finally arrived. Would anyone be interested in a game this week?

Must be the week for it! Another kickstarter just landed for me - Forge War (although I wont be able to pickup until next week).

I played Forge Wars tonight. I enjoyed it. The Epic game looks like its gonna be 4 hrs long.

I doubt my AquaSphere will arrive tomorrow. So Cthulu Wars sounds like a blast.

It was very fun. Reminded me of Chaos in the Old World for a number of reasons. I just wish I had been awake enough to play a second time!

You still kicked our asses :P.
But yeah, I really enjoyed it. Would love to see how the game evolves with all of the extra factions, 5/6 player maps etc. I really with I had the spare 700 dollars to buy it all. I would imagine that I wouldn't store the Great Old Ones in the box, I would want to have them all displayed.

I really liked how quick it played, while still feeling like a full game.

The three player game also had quite a different dynamic compared to our first 4 player- which was great. We were much more aggressive and the board positions were a lot more dynamic which made the game quite interesting.

Would be very keen to try the other factions. The maneuverability of Nyarlathotep , the desecration tactics of the King in Yellow/Hastur, and the aggressiveness of Cthulu. All seem like drastically different ways to play.
