Lone Wolf - the boardgame

Post by phantomwhale » Sun Nov 23, 2014 10:43 am

Light skirmish boardgame featuring the art of Gary Chalk and the world of Lone Wolf.

Already a great deal at $50 and free shipping, I'm wondering if we can put a 10 pack together, which drops the price to almost half to $27.50 including delivery !!!

Let me know!

This reminded me of a Lone Wolf boardgame that we used to play back in school where one of the players is Lone Wolf trying to deduce and hunt down another player who is secretly a Helghast. Some searching in the great BGG Collective turned it up:

And in fact, it's now free for download! :D

Good times.

I used to have that book ! No idea where it went to, but yeah, we played the tavern brawl game a few times.

Anyway, less nostalgia, more pledges ! I've got two so far... just 8 to go ?!

Was more of a Fighting Fantasy guy myself, only had about 8 of the Lone Wolf books.....but still pretty cool.
Have kept them all, and the kids are nearly old enough to start having a read.

Not sure the game will get much play-time, but what the heck, count me in for old times sake! :D

The project is 90% funded with 2-3 days to go - thought it wasn't going to, but it might just make it.

Alas, our super-mega bargain pledge isn't doing so well at 4 out of 10 copies. I'd assume it's not going ahead; I'd happily pick up 2-3 copies, and try and sell one off down the line, but that would still leaves 4 unclaimed copies currently !

So assume this is not going ahead currently. Thanks for your interest though !
