I'm finally clear of tennis commitments and hope to get along (and bring your green Vinci pieces, David).

It can go quite late, the last time we were there till 1am but I feel bad for David who had to wait for us to finish Arkham Horror. I wouldn't mind trying out some long games like Struggle of Empires.

Doug, can you bring that card game where you lay out all the cards then we pick them up one by one and that will be our hand? The trick-taking game where the trump suit is hidden in the beginning. I can't remember what it's called. :?

Sounds like "Was Sticht". Interesting combination of deduction & trick taking.

Sure thing... Janet wants to play Roads and Boats again so we may bring that along too. Also got Prophecy in the mail yesterday ("Talisman done right", we'll see...) :)

Err... yeah. Janet is a Roads and Boats addict. Stays set up for weeks when we break it out.

Interesting. I used to be a big Talisman fan, but I can't remember half the rules anymore. Hopefully will be there to try this out after dinner.

We'll see how we go :)

BTW, are the gaming tables there large? R&B is a bit of a beast.
Also, is there a microwave oven there?
