Wow, you're keen. No promises here but I might show (don't usually decide these things until the day).

Well, I for one will be taking advantage of my 'holidays' and looking forward to some gaming fun on Sunday Jan 1st!

Stuff looking into the pillow and wasting the morning away - I just hope we have a few takers that can "sleep in another day"!

Darren.

I'm considering coming in the afternoon if I'm not doing anything, but I'd like some more information. I'm not particularly experienced at that sort of game, does it cater for newbies like myself who are keen to try new games?

There are always people around who can teach or assist new players, the main trick if you are coming later in the piece is to get there when you don't have to wait too long for a game to start - I recommend bringing a book.

I'll try to make this one, I'd say 80% chance, depending on what ends up happening tonight. If so I'll bring Vanuatu and Mage Knight.

If anyone is keen to give Mage Knight a try, its probably worth looking at the walkthrough video on BGG and giving the walkthrough rules a flip too, there is a lot to teach, but I'm happy to do it if there is time. I've played it solo a few times now so have a basic understanding of the rules.

edit- 1/1/12

----uuuughhh, not going to make it after all

I will make a decision on Sunday "morning", depending on the size of my hangover (if any) ...

Phew - glad I didn't miss Mage Knight!

I'm interested in playing it and will learn the rules beforehand if a date is confirmed. I'm thinking of acquiring it myself...
