EGF Sunday November 1st

Post by MooseHead » Tue Oct 27, 2009 9:30 pm

Forget the polo, forget the horses, forget about racing FULL STOP.

EGF kicks off another great month and another great Sunday at 11am till late, (well who ever locks up decides how late).

Melissa is threatening to show on a broomstick from Ballarat on the day after all hallows eve. So dust off the Eurogames and warm up for another fun and festive day of boards games.

Chee, are you coming this Sunday?

Would be great to play 'A Brief History of The World' - what about the missing red blocks for Richard III, got them yet?

I'd also like to point out we haven't played Angola yet this year.

I plan to come and bring Richard III (with blocks replaced) and also bring Brief History of the World. Want to play that again. I have also Chainmail and Caeser's Gallic Conquests.

I plan to arrive at EGF around 11am this Sunday. I wouldn't mind getting involved in a longish war game or ameritrash game.

Ok - numbers count for TI3 on Sunday

It would be good to get an 11am start (or as near to 11am as you can)

In so far:

Ryan
Skeletor

Even through the toneless form of text I can sense Christian's resigned frustration that three people he might convince to play Angola are instead going to be playing a sci-fi wargame that for reasons known only to him he has forbidden himself to play.

You should play a game with us Ben, it shall be fun.

I'm not sure if I'll be there tomorrow, I am free but I am also pretty exhausted and might spend the day relaxing without playing board games. But if I do go I should be there around 11.

So don't save any spots for me but I am happy to play anything if I turn up.

Is anyone interested in Junta maybe on the 15/11? Or maybe Dune?
Power tends to isolate those who hold too much of it. Eventually, they lose touch with reality... and fall.
