Jeff, it's your turn!

I didn't get an email notification when my turn came (1st turn of rail phase), so I assume you may experience the same problem...

If you were just away for the weekend, sorry about that and welcome back!

well that went down to the wire didn't it. Until some bastard stole the last port from me and flooded the market with their cheap low quality cotton goods! hahahaha

MWUHAHAHA...

Uh, I mean, sorry 'bout that... And you were very unlucky with the external market, plunging by 3 like it's 2008 all over again! Actually, I see that the Fleetwood port was unused, so technically I didn't take the last port; But I guess you didn't have time to build the connection to it...

It's interesting to note that there can be up to 10 ports, and up to 22 cotton mills! So there will probably always be shortage of ports.

Yes well played guys. :)

I've started up another game, want to try and get 4 players?

Not sure about that, I don't want to lower my 100% victory rating 8)

4 players would be nice, to see how it changes the game... Probably makes things more chaotic, with up to 12 actions by other players between your turns!

I'll join in on Monday morning, if there is some space left...

Wow! that was a fantastic game!

Good play Ben. Stealing Ellesmere port from me at the end of the canal phase was a great play.

My early shipbuilding expedition looked strong, but hampered my income in the late game. Although my cards didn't really help me.

That Ellesmere is an important one, I remember you doing that to us in the previous game!

Then at the start of the second period there's that race for the Shipyard up North. But somehow Gerald got to 164 VP without a single Shipyard... How the heck?
