The trick to cutting tokens is to use a tool called an arc punch . This is a metal die that has to be hit firmly with a heavy mallet, on a hardwood block. Single game? Like Doc, it was Empires in Arms . In the early 90s we played weekly: every Saturday, 10-6, for about 3 months. Then we'd take a break for a couple of months, then do it again.
