Re: Euro Games Fest Link.

I've been playing around a lot with Google Sites lately. Basically, it's a free hosting site with no ads. I've managed to hook up a domain name to a Google Site without too much trouble. The only thing I paid for was the domain name. http://www.google.com/apps/intl/en-au/group/index.html Ideal for j...

Re: Up coming events

I bought the Heroica: Fortaan sometime back. Tried playing it once with my kids (7 & 5) and it didn't seem captivating enough. Then again, they have played "Dungeons & Dragons: The Fantasy Board Game" and "Talisman", so I suppose they have an expectation for fantasy/dungeoncrawl type games to have l...

"may be". Is the Victorian Spring Racing Carnival running late this year or a reference to the yacht races? Maybe horses are crewing the yachts this year. :o :D
I thought it was a reference to racing reindeers ;)

Re: Anybody want to play some games Sat Nov 26?

Would have been an excellent day for gaming; with pouring rain outside and all. Would have loved to join but I had a cake to bake for my son's birthday.

How did this go anyway?

Re: PnP games

Also, be on the look-out for cheap games in Op Shops which you can cannibalise for the board and bits and sleevable cards. Getting a good-sized board that folds properly is fantastic. Just print out on label paper and stick it on, and viola! New board. brett, what clear contact do you use? I should ...

I use mounting boards from Riot for tokens and board. Damn hard stuff to cut through - you'll need a Rotary Cutter (you can get one from LinCraft) t...

Well, they play "Talisman" and "Dungeons & Dragons: The Fantasy Boardgame".
